Unopened goods within 30 days
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You must arrange and pay for the items to be returned to us within 30 days of receipt. A 15% administration and re-stocking fee will apply.
Unopened, unused damaged or defective goods within 30 days
We encourage you to check your purchase as soon as it arrives. We accept returns of unused damaged or defective items within 30 days of delivery with receipt or proof of purchase.
If you receive a damaged or broken item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photos of both packaging (including the shipping label) and product damage to accurately submit your claim. If your goods must be returned to us:
- We will provide you with the closest return shipping address.
- Upon receipt of the returned item, we will examine it and notify you via email whether you are entitled to a replacement.
- If so, we will send you a replacement and refund your cost of shipping.
We do not accept returns of used items
Any goods which may have come into contact with bees, honey or is otherwise not in original condition cannot be returned.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds
Refunds that are agreed to are usually processed within 1-2 working days in our system. You'll then get an email to confirm the refund has been processed. If after this time you haven't received your refund:
- Double check your bank account;
- Next contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted;
- Finally, contact your bank, but know that processing time before a refund is posted is normal.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you're shipping an item over $75, we recommend that you notify us when the goods have been shipped. Let us know what carrier you used and provide us with a trackable shipping number. We can’t guarantee we'll receive your returned item, but providing as much detail as possible always helps.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
We warrant that all Goods are new, free from defects, of merchantable quality and conform to any specifications provided on our Website or in the Order Acknowledgement.
We provide a warranty for Goods against defects of material or workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date delivered, when used within the designed conditions for which they were manufactured. For latent defects, we warrant the Goods for 12 months from the date delivered.
This warranty is limited to replacement of parts which we agree are defective in material or workmanship and does not extend to claims for labour, expenses and other Consequential Loss or damage occasioned by such defect when in use.
